  • Limited to 1st, 2nd and 3rd time competitors Only.

  • Sleeves or Bare Knees Only.

  • T-Shirt & Shorts Acceptable (No Powerlifitng Suit Required)

  • NZPU Membership NOT required.

  • Novices do no compete against sanctioned athletes.

  • Novice athletes cannot qualify for NZPU Nationals.
