Join our Introduction to Strength course! Learn proper technique, build confidence in the gym,
and master the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to lift smarter and safer.

Each intake has a maximum of five participants to ensure close attention.

Course cost is $250 - Each four week intake runs on Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
