Introduction to Strength

The Intro to Strength course is based around teaching people the fundamentals

of the Squat, Bench Press & Deadlift.

​

It’s an opportunity to share our passion of physical culture,

and display how we do things at RBC with people who

may or may not have experienced lifting weights before.

​

This course has been the beginning of regional, national and world record holders and champions.

It has been a professional development tool for those in the fitness industry.

It has been a valuable experience for gym enthusiasts wanting to get more out of their training.

 

Intake size is limited to ensure everyone gets the appropriate attention.

​

Course cost is $200 - Intake Dates are below and run on Tuesday & Thursday nights from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.
